What are the limits on my plan?
Invoice, customer, item and user limits vary by plan. The current figures for every plan are listed below and on the pricing page, and your own usage is shown in the portal.

What happens when I hit my monthly invoice limit?
You are blocked from raising further invoices that month rather than being charged extra. Existing invoices, customers and data stay fully accessible.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. Features above your new plan stop being available, but the records created with them remain and become usable again if you upgrade.
Is there a free trial?
Some plans are trial-eligible. Where a trial applies, its length is shown on the plan card on the pricing page.
Can I run more than one business on one login?
Yes. Each business or GSTIN is a separate billing profile, with its own documents and invoice numbering. Usage limits apply across your whole account rather than per profile.
How do I download a copy of my invoices and customer list?
Export them from the portal โ invoices, customers and payments each export to a file you can open elsewhere. If you need it programmatically there is a documented REST API, and Tally-compatible XML export is available on the plans that include it.
